Founded in 2003, the Encore Quartet continues to service the Phoenix Metro area with elegant music. Having performed for numerous weddings and events throughout the years, our quartet has the experience and knowledge to create a memorable music experience for your special occasion.
You are sure to find the perfect music to suit your occasion with our extensive music selection. We are even happy to customize music for you for no additional fee. Live auditions and references are also available upon request.

We customize music FREE!
The Encore Quartet is happy to customize music for your event at no additional cost! Please notify the Encore Quartet at least 8 weeks in advance of your event to allow sufficient time for arranging your music. Also, while most music requested can be arranged, not all music is appropriate for string quartet. To find out if your song can be played by us, just ask us !

What instruments are involved in a string quartet?
There are four string instruments which include 2 violins, 1 viola and 1 cello.
I would like a specific song for my wedding that is not in your repertoire. Is it possible for your quartet to play it?
Yes. We will customize and arrange your music atno additional cost! For any customized music, we do require that you inform us at least 8 weeks in advance to give us ample time for arranging. Also, please bear in mind that although the majority of songs requested can be arranged, not all music is appropriate for a string quartet. To find out if your song can be played by us, just contact us!
Can I get help in picking out my music?
We will be more then happy to give you advice for what music is appropriate for different points in your wedding. Having played for over fifty weddings, our quartet has the experience to guide you through the music selection process.
Is there a minimum booking length required?
Our quartet requires a minimum booking of one hour.
What is your group's service area?
We service the Phoenix Metro area. We will happily service outside of this area with additional travel fees.
What are your rates and how does the payment process work?
Payment is accepted by check or cash. The first half of the payment is required three weeks in advance of your wedding date and the final payment is required one week prior. E-mail us for our current rates.
What is your attire?
The quartet wears all black.
What happens in the event of rain?
Because our instruments are made of wood and can be easily damaged from water, in the event of rain, we require a type of awning or other protective coverage for our instruments.
Do you have references available?
Yes. References are available upon request.
Can I schedule a consultation to hear your group live?
Free consultations are available for you to meet with us and hear us play. Contact us to schedule a date and time.
